Welcome to Institute of Languages. By using our website and enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These terms govern your use of our website, services, and any communications with us. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Enrollment & Payments

• Course enrollment is confirmed upon full payment of the course fee.
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash at our office.
• All fees are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class to avoid being charged.
• Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. No refunds are given after the course has started, except in exceptional circumstances.
• If we cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a makeup session or a refund for that session.

4. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to treat teachers and fellow students with respect. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the course without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including worksheets, presentations, and digital content, are the property of Institute of Languages and may not be reproduced or distributed without our written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Institute of Languages is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the course in question.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
